ISSVA President's Message
Dear ISSVA Colleagues,
Believe it or not, we are already deep in planning-mode for the 2026 ISSVA World Congress, which will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA from 19-22 May 2026 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. I'd like to remind you of some important points as you prepare to attend the meeting:
- Visa Letters: ISSVA offers a visa letter for those who need this to book their travel. Visa processing times vary so we recommend getting your letter and setting your travel as soon as possible. Reach out to info@issva.org to request a letter.
- Abstract Submission Timeline: We expect abstract submissions to open next month, with review and notifications in January 2026. Further information will be sent as it becomes available.
- Enjolras Travel Award: Applications will open this Fall. This award is intended for applicants who have demonstrated interest in propagating knowledge and treatment in the field of Vascular Anomalies in underserved areas. The travel award is intended to offset fees for registration and travel an individual who can prove their participation in the clinical care of patients with vascular anomalies and/or published research. Please watch our website for more information.
- ISSVA Room Block: A reduced rate has been secured for our attendees at the host hotel. The booking link will be added to the website and you will be notified when it becomes active. We suggest you book your room as soon as possible to take advantage of the savings.
