This meeting is at capacity and we will be unable to process on-site registrations.

This meeting has a maximum capacity of 400 attendees in-person. This is a fully hybrid meeting, and there are no capacity limits on the virtual portion. All attendees, both in-person and virtual, will have access to the fully recorded sessions after the meeting takes place.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please send cancellation requests to the ISSVA International Secretariat by e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks of submitting your cancellation notice, please contact ISSVA at info@issva.org or call +1 414-918-9877 to verify receipt. Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:

Up to 28 February 2025: 100% refund, minus a $75 administrative charge
From 1 March 2025 – 31 March 2025: 50% refund
From 1 April 2025 - onward: No refund
