Affiliate Meeting Requests
Requests for affiliate meeting space are now closed. Please contact info@issva.org with any questions.
ISSVA is holding a limited amount of space at the ISSVA World Congress 2024 (Madrid) meeting venue for our affiliate organizations. To reserve function space, groups must first complete this function space form to be approved by ISSVA. Following approval, groups will be put in touch with the venue and are responsible for the cost and organization of audio-visual, food and beverage, and other meeting space needs. Space will be granted based on alignment with ISSVA’s mission as well as availability.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Having an objective or purpose that supports or falls within the scope of the ISSVA Mission
- An intention to provide various groups with similar goals the opportunity to meet, share information, and coordinate efforts to support their missions and the mission of ISSVA
- Evidence that more than one or two groups or organizations are co-coordinating the event
- Meetings where questions of collusion or anti-trust may arise will be refused
Where more than one application is received for a similar purpose, ISSVA may encourage applicants to coordinate a single meeting.
